The location was magnificent, not far from several bus stops, the first Israeli Knesset, and downtown. It was also close to the city center.

Hotel staff is very polite and attentive. I would also point out the good musical taste of the hotel management. Jazz for breakfast is nice

Great location on a pedestrian walkway in a nice area. Easy access to a historic gate. 3. Rooms on level 7. 4. Delicious breakfast with roasted peppers, good coffee, baked potatoes. 5. Amazing customer service.

The competent and decent personnel ensure guests have a very good stay. the hotel has a magnificent location close to the Old City and the tram from Jaffa St A great spot for lunch, Chakra, is just a 10-15 minute walk away from the hotel.

The location is great, right in the center of 'new Jerusalem' with shops and bars around. Room is pretty good and people are friendly.I always like it when there is coffee and thee at the room.
Breakfast is reasonable, but not very good compared to other Israeli breakfasts.

Excellent location
Bathrooms are small and had mold. Food selection is very limited. Some members of the staff are not friendly.

The staff were informative and absolutely perfect and knew the area. The beds were exceptionally comfortable and each beautiful room had a work desk, coffee/tea making equipment and satellite television. The breakfast was good and adequate with baked potatoes and the roasted peppers, as for instance, and the restaurant was average!

Conveniently located, this place is right in the heart of the action near Downtown. You'll find yourself just a stone's throw away from all the restaurants, markets, and shops. 🏙️
